I have been experiencing heavy menstruation for 5 days, starting from the 16th, with prolonged bleeding lasting more than 10 days. I am feeling very dizzy and tired. This is not the first time I have had this problem; it occurred once before due to climate change when I was 21 years old. I am now 41 years old and had an activity on the first day of my period. Is there any medication that can be given to reduce edema during my daughter's 2nd trimester of pregnancy? She has gained a lot of weight, mostly fluid weight in her legs and calves, causing discomfort and preventing her from working. She is not exercising and is taking only prenatal vitamins. She had a TIA during her 2nd pregnancy and was paralyzed on one side for a week. Should we be concerned about the excessive weight gain?

I'm 19 years old, not using any medications, and have been more active with intense training and exercise. How long is the Mirena IUD good for, and can it wear off?
