I have brown spots on my vulva and a burning sensation on my urethra. My doctor prescribed me macrobid for 7 days, which has helped with the burning sensation while peeing. However, I still feel itchy on my labia and am concerned about the appearance of the spots and papillae. Can you provide a second opinion on whether these symptoms and the appearance of my vulva are normal?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and haven't had my first appointment yet. I had some light spotting today, but I also saw a small clot or something in the toilet. I'm wondering if I should be concerned or see a doctor?

What healthcare or health insurance options do I have if I am pregnant in Texas? I just lost my job and insurance, and I think I might be pregnant. I know buying health insurance is expensive and even difficult. What affordable options do I have to care for my health and my baby? I have a partner but he earns just enough income to not be considered legally poor. And no health insurance through their job.

I have been experiencing vaginal itching, burning, and clumpy white discharge for over two years, which started after treating a yeast infection and getting a copper IUD. Despite treating with antifungals, boric acid, antibiotics for BV, and probiotics, the symptoms persisted and tests came back negative for yeast, BV, trich, strep B, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. I recently received qPCR test results showing a medium load of lactobacillus and e. coli. I am considering treating the e. coli and suspect I may have cytolytic vaginosis (CV) due to overuse of probiotics and boric acid. What could be causing these symptoms and what treatment options should I consider?

I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing spotting for two days. I have noticed some dull pain, normal fetal movement, and no recent abdominal trauma. I have not had recent sexual intercourse or vaginal exams, and the spotting is intermittent and light. My vaginal discharge seems normal, and I have not experienced itching, burning, or fever. What could be causing the spotting, and what should I do?
