I have bumps on my vagina that aren’t bothersome, have been there for more than a year, and haven't changed. They are located at the back of my vagina near the anus and are small to medium small in size. I'm currently using Olanzapine, Topiramate, and Sertraline. What should I do?

I have been experiencing discomfort and occasional burning in the opening of my vagina. I noticed a slight off-white discharge a few weeks ago, but it has since subsided after my period. My last period was from September 19th to the 25th, and it usually comes regularly. I have an IUD and had a severe bacterial vaginosis infection last year. Could the discomfort be related to an infection or another issue?
