I have been experiencing irregular vaginal bleeding since December 30th, which started as a normal period but now fluctuates between light and heavy bleeding. I am using a Paragard copper IUD since 2017 and have been on antidepressants for years. I also have a history of fibroids. What could be causing this bleeding and what can I do about it?

I know it’s too early to take a pregnancy test, but today a heavy amount of creamy, lotion-like, white discharge came out of me. I’m 5 days past ovulation. I had a positive ovulation test and had multiple sessions with my husband. Why would that happen? The discharge? Do you think we missed our chance, or maybe it was a stubborn egg?
