I have excruciating pain during my period and debilitating pelvic pain even when not on my period. My periods have always been extremely painful since I was 14, and the pelvic pain started when I was 17. The pain is sharp and feels like 'a pumpkin getting carved from my vagina.' I am using venlafaxine and have been on depo provera for a year to limit my periods and pain. I have seen a doctor and done an ultrasound, but nothing showed up. What could be causing this pain, and what can I do to get relief and speed up the diagnostic process?

I’ve been throwing up for 24 hours and was considering taking Zofran. The vomiting started yesterday and has continued every couple of hours. I’m experiencing chills but no dizziness, trouble breathing, stomach pain, or diarrhea. I have a hyperactive thyroid and am currently taking methamazole. I’m 38 years old and have used Zofran before when I was pregnant. My last period was on June 9, and I have not had unprotected sex since then. What could be causing my symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

For the past few days, my breasts have been itching with no pain, just itchiness. My periods have been much heavier since I had my baby 10 months ago, and I've also been experiencing more constipation, indigestion, and gas. I have a Mirena IUD and recently had my gallbladder removed. I am currently 12 days late for my period, have a lot of watery whiteish discharge, but all pregnancy tests are negative. Could I be pregnant? Did the effects of anesthesia decrease the effectiveness of my IUD? If I am not pregnant, what might be the cause?
