I have excruciating pain during my period and debilitating pelvic pain even when not on my period. My periods have always been extremely painful since I was 14, and the pelvic pain started when I was 17. The pain is sharp and feels like 'a pumpkin getting carved from my vagina.' I am using venlafaxine and have been on depo provera for a year to limit my periods and pain. I have seen a doctor and done an ultrasound, but nothing showed up. What could be causing this pain, and what can I do to get relief and speed up the diagnostic process?

I’ve been throwing up for 24 hours and was considering taking Zofran. The vomiting started yesterday and has continued every couple of hours. What could be causing my symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

I am a 26-year-old woman experiencing slight irritation, itchiness, and dryness in my vagina with no abnormal discharge or odor. I had bacterial vaginosis (BV) earlier this year and am concerned it might be recurring. I had a recent pap test with no irregular results. I am curious if you offer video calls for consultation and what dietary or lifestyle changes could help maintain vaginal health.

For the past few days, my breasts have been itching with no pain, just itchiness. My periods have been much heavier since I had my baby 10 months ago, and I've also been experiencing more constipation, indigestion, and gas. I'm 45 and wondering if these symptoms could be related to perimenopause. Could this possibly be what's going on?

I am 8 days late for my period and took a pregnancy test that was negative. I do not use contraceptives, my last period began on September 23, 2021, and I have a history of irregular periods but have been regular for the past year. I have anxiety, stress, asthma, and low iron. What could be causing my late period and what should I do?

I have a Mirena IUD and recently had my gallbladder removed. I am currently 12 days late for my period, have a lot of watery whiteish discharge, but all pregnancy tests are negative. Could I be pregnant? Did the effects of anesthesia decrease the effectiveness of my IUD? If I am not pregnant, what might be the cause?
