I have experienced light brown discharge after sexual activities with protection, and again close to my period time. The discharge has a blood-like smell and is thick. My periods are not regular but have been more predictable in the last two months. What could be causing this discharge and is there any concern for pregnancy?

I've been experiencing irregular periods and spotting since January 2023. My periods were regular before this, and I had normal periods in January and February, but noticed spotting in between. I had a normal pap smear and blood tests. I am not on any medications or contraceptives, but I took Accutane last year. I am currently spotting, bloated, and had stomach cramps that went away. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I was sexually active with two men, one who always pulls out and the other who always ejaculates inside me. My ex ejaculated inside me on April 3rd and 4th, and I tested positive for pregnancy on April 6th. My last period was on March 8th, and it was late. Is it possible that my ex is the father, or is it the other guy who never ejaculated inside me?

I have been experiencing persistent vulva itch and dry skin for the past couple of months, despite being tested for yeast infections and being prescribed various topical creams, including steroids. I am concerned about the possibility of lichen sclerosus or vulvar eczema, and whether this could be a sign of something more serious like vulvar cancer. What should I do next?
