I have had a vaginal burning sensation for 2 months, which is constant and not relieved by treatments for BV or yeast infections. I was tested for various STDs and infections, all of which came back negative. I have oral herpes and was treated for BV and Trichomoniasis in April, which is when the symptoms started. I recently had a pelvic exam and ultrasound, which found two cysts but were deemed not concerning. I am currently taking nystatin cream, which provides temporary relief. What could be causing the persistent inflammation and burning, and what steps should I take next?

I had a yeast infection about a month ago and experienced itching for 3 days, which has now subsided. However, I'm noticing tenderness and redness in the vaginal area. I took Monistat for the itching, which helped, but the tenderness and redness remain. Could this still be related to a yeast infection, and what can I do to address it?

I did blood work at my OBGYN office when I was 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. My HCG level results are in. Does this HCG level indicate that it’s too high, and do I have strep B? Additionally, should I be concerned about other results such as MPV and lymphocytes, as I am worried about the baby's health.
