I have had a vaginal rash for over 2 months. It's outside and not in the vagina, and I am not sexually active. I have tried hypoallergenic soaps and sensitive skin soaps recommended by gynecologists. The rash is stable but itches and can bleed if I scratch it. It's a little swollen and has small bumps around hair follicles. I've tried shaving and applying hydrocortisone cream, which seemed to make it last longer. Is there anything else I can do to treat this rash?

I just got my period again, about 10 days after my last cycle. I am not using any contraceptives or medications, I am 19 years old, and I have no significant medical history. This is the first time I've experienced this. I started bleeding lightly yesterday afternoon, which has become heavier today. I don't have any unusual symptoms like genital redness/sores/bumps, urinary symptoms, unusual odor, or unusual cramps. I am sexually active with multiple partners in the past few months.
