I have had intense itching around the opening of my vagina, with a white, slightly yellowish discharge for around 5 days. I'm concerned it might be a yeast infection or HPV. I have a history of herpes type 1, but it shows up around my anus and is controlled with antiviral meds. What could be causing this itching, and should I be worried about HPV?

I just had a pelvic and vaginal ultrasound done, and the report mentioned that my bladder was underdistended. I am 34 years old and have been concerned about a lesion in my right kidney that keeps enhancing on images. I am currently taking Breo, divalproex 1500 mg, and addreall xr 40 mg. I recently stopped taking prednisone 10mg after being on it for 2 months due to sarcoidosis. What does it mean that my bladder was underdistended during the ultrasound?
