I have had Mirena for 2 years and no longer have periods. I recently experienced cramping and noticed light pink discharge, which has now turned light brown. Should I be concerned that my IUD failed again, as it did in the past resulting in a miscarriage?

I missed a period in February and experienced unusual bleeding for the last 3 weeks, characterized by pink and rusty brown colors, with medium to light flow for half a day, followed by nothing for a couple of days, and then returning as medium flow again for half a day. Last night, I experienced severe cramps and passed a blood clot or tissue the size of the palm of my hand. Should I see a doctor?

I have had two negative HSV blood tests, one during pregnancy and one recently. I am a worrywart and need to know if I should trust these results. Should I ask my NP to do blood tests for herpes 1&2 during my annual wellness exam? Would this be an accurate test? If the third test also comes back negative, can I trust the results as conclusive?
