I have had Mirena for 7 months and have been experiencing nausea, black discharge, fatigue, and occasional cramps. I stopped getting my period a few months ago, and I had unprotected sex on the 14th. I took a pregnancy test, which was negative. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

I am on hormonal birth control and my period is 9 days late. I took a pregnancy test three days ago which was negative, but I have been experiencing nausea, fatigue, and some diarrhea. My appetite is inconsistent, and I have had some bloating. I take a hormonal birth control pill every morning and 24-hour release Zyrtec. I am 36 years old with one child and otherwise healthy. What could be causing my symptoms and what should I do next?

My 21-year-old daughter has a painful lump in her breast that feels like burning and needles. Should she get a mammogram, and who would be the best doctor for her to visit?

I have an IUD (Liletta) that has been in place for 4 years. I've been experiencing prolonged bleeding for 3 weeks, with frequent spotting and now the blood looks 'mooshy'. I also have mild cramps and fatigue. My IUD was noted to be lower than it should be during my last OB/GYN visit in November. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

My husband thinks he may have genital warts, although I don't think they are. We have been together for 5 years with no other partners. I have been tested for HPV since then and all come back negative (normal pap smears). I have no symptoms and no warts. Is it possible for him to have it and not myself, or for me to have it and test negative for 5 years?

I have been experiencing symptoms of bacterial vaginosis (BV) such as a fishy smell, yellow stretchy discharge, sometimes clear, and intense itching. I have been tested for BV, trichomoniasis, and yeast infections, all of which came back negative. I am concerned that it might be HIV or herpes, but no herpes lesions were observed. What else could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests should I consider?
