I am on hormonal birth control and my period is 9 days late. I took a pregnancy test three days ago which was negative, but I have been experiencing nausea, fatigue, and some diarrhea. My husband thinks he may have genital warts, although I don't think they are. We have been together for 5 years with no other partners. I have been tested for HPV since then and all come back negative (normal pap smears). I have no symptoms and no warts. Is it possible for him to have it and not myself, or for me to have it and test negative for 5 years?

I have been experiencing symptoms of bacterial vaginosis (BV) such as a fishy smell, yellow stretchy discharge, sometimes clear, and intense itching. I have been tested for BV, trichomoniasis, and yeast infections, all of which came back negative. I am concerned that it might be HIV or herpes, but no herpes lesions were observed. What else could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests should I consider?
