I have constant pain/burning in my vagina that triggers the feeling to frequent pee. I did urine and vaginal swab tests, but nothing was detected. What could be causing this and what should I do next?

I have been experiencing anxiety due to a change in my menstrual cycle. Usually, I have heavy periods lasting five to six days, but this time, I only had a palm-sized clot and barely any bleeding, mainly brown discharge. I am 19 years old, not using contraceptives, and only take Tylenol and ibuprofen when needed. What could be causing this change, and what should I do?

I was vaccinated for HPV (Gardasil) when I was in high school, about 10 years ago. I had unprotected sex with someone who had HPV in high school (10-15 years ago) and he said he's never had symptoms since. I have two questions: 1) If I were vaccinated and if he still had the virus, would the vaccination protect me from passing it on to someone else? 2) It's been 11 months since that exposure, and neither my current partners nor I have had any symptoms. Would there be noticeable signs by now?

Any swelling, discoloration, or unusual smells? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
