I have questions about Plan B and spotting after I’ve already had my period. My last period was from April 14-18. I had unprotected sex on April 1st and took Plan B on April 4th, prior to that my period had ended March 29. After taking Plan B, I got my period on April 14, which was around a week earlier. I then had unprotected sex again on April 24 and began spotting after. What could be causing the spotting and should I be concerned about pregnancy?

I had my Mirena removed two weeks ago and was diagnosed with a yeast infection. I took the yeast medication three nights ago. Today, I had unusual dark yellow discharge with no smell, slight itchiness, and no pain. I have a doctor's appointment next week. Should I be concerned about this discharge, and what could it be?

Does being Rh positive with negative antibodies mean I needed Rhogam shots if the baby is O positive? If I didn't get the shots, what can happen to me and the baby? Additionally, could mycotoxin hemolysis from Stachybotrys mold exposure have affected me and the baby, and would that necessitate the shots? How does rubella cause fetal demise and what are its symptoms and birth defects?

I had intercourse on January 13, 2022, and my last period started on January 26. I am currently experiencing unusual sore breasts and slight abdominal pain during my mid-ovulation in February. I am also going through a breakup and have been under significant stress, which has affected my diet and sleep. I took two negative pregnancy tests recently. What are the chances of pregnancy, and how can I manage these symptoms?

For a while during and after my period, I've been having a strong scent, especially when my period ends. I used a cream for a bacterial infection a few years ago, which worked for about a year, but it happened again, and the pills given didn't work. I've been dealing with it since and it's frustrating. Are you using any contraceptives? Has the infection been stable or getting worse? How old are you? When did you start using this? Anything else in your medical history the Doctor should know?
