I had an ultrasound showing a 1.7 cm complex follicle/corpus luteal cyst in the left ovary and fluid in the endometrial canal, with normal endometrial thickness. My period has been lasting 8-10 days instead of the usual 6-7 days, but it's still regular every 26-31 days. Should I be concerned about these findings, and is the cyst related to my prolonged periods?

I had a positive LH surge this morning, but my husband is out of town until tomorrow night. Is it too late to conceive? I also had a chemical pregnancy 1 week and 6 days ago. Additionally, I took 2 pills of 75 mcg of Synthroid by mistake this morning. Is that dangerous? My HCG levels were 22 at 14 DPO. Does this mean the pregnancy won't work out? I also have some questions about ovulation, mucus charting, and pregnancy tests. Can you help?

I recently started seeing an almost neon blue color on my underwear and pantiliners. I'm 38, have one child, and have been married for 16 years. My husband is ill, so I haven't been sexually active in many months. We recently got a new toilet and my husband put a blue tank tablet in the tank. Could this be causing the blue color? I didn't have this problem before the tank tablet. I also have PCOS and am prone to bacterial vaginosis, but this isn't like that. I haven't seen a doctor yet, but I am experiencing some slight itching and no odor.

My last menstrual cycle was on August 30th, and I last had intercourse on September 7th/8th. I have had all the 'signs' of starting my period but nothing so far. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests, all of which turned up negative. I just turned 47 in September. What could be causing these symptoms, and are there any natural remedies to relieve them?
