Can I use Monistat with my Mirena implant, and will my maintenance medications (lamotrigine, Quetiapine, Zyrtec) and as-needed medications (klonopin, gabapentin) affect the efficacy of my Mirena implant? I had unprotected sex on the 4th day of my period last month. My regular cycle lasts for 6 days but it ended on the 4th day after sex. I took Plan B the next day. I also had protected sex 5 days after taking Plan B, after which I experienced unusual brown blood for 3 days.
