I have severe pain in my vagina when I'm about to finish peeing and for about 5 minutes after I'm done peeing. The pain is stabbing and sharp. What do the HSV test results mean? My HSV 1 IgG type spec was 0.22 index, HSV 1 IgM antibodies was <1.10 titer, HSV 2 IgG type spec was <0.91, and HSV 2 IgM antibodies was <1.10 index.
