I think I had an ovarian cyst rupture. Should I go to the hospital or will it fix itself? I've had the cyst for years, tracked by ultrasounds, and was told if it got any bigger I would need surgery. After intercourse, I experienced a lot of bleeding followed by pain where the cyst is. I'm not bleeding anymore, just spotting, and the pain is now a dull, persistent 3 out of 10. I'm 30 and pretty sure I have endometriosis. What should I do?

A few days after having sex, I noticed a light pink/grey discharge that looked like tissue and was very small. I then started my cycle four days after that, which is approximately ten days early. I also experienced a lot of cramping a couple of days before I had the discharge, and my period is lighter than normal. Is it possible that I had a miscarriage, or am I just overanalyzing the situation?

I had an abortion on July 6th and am still lightly spotting. I took a couple of pregnancy tests recently that came out positive. I went to a free clinic for an ultrasound and they said I was 4 weeks pregnant, but the timing doesn't add up. I'm worried about the still spotting and possibly not having a viable pregnancy. What could be the issue and what should I do next?

I’m on day 34 of my cycle, usually getting my period by day 40, sometimes as early as day 32 or 33. This month, despite not having intercourse but engaging in fooling around while fully clothed, I started spotting with light brownish discharge and cramps similar to period cramps. My sleep and eating habits have been irregular this month. Should I consider this my period or could it be implantation bleeding? Is there a risk of pregnancy, and when should I take a home pregnancy test?
