I have light green vaginal discharge that comes and goes, with no odor and no other symptoms. It started a few months ago and lasts for a day or two before disappearing for a while. I have an IUD, so I don't get periods. What could be the cause of this discharge?

I thought I was on my period and a relatively big piece fell out of my vagina. I am not sure if it was a clot or a potential miscarriage. My boobs have been feeling sensitive for about 11 days and I had very strong cramps yesterday, stronger than I could ever remember. Two different times these things fell out of me today. For context, I have cysts on my ovaries so the chance of pregnancy is very low, and my periods are very irregular. I have a picture of the things but am currently on vacation and can’t bring them to the hospital. Are the cramps constant or do they come and go? Has the level of cramping been constant or has it gotten worse over time? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the cramp or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

How soon do early pregnancy symptoms begin, and can cramping in the middle of the cycle be due to implantation, especially if birth control pills are not taken consistently?

I forgot to take my pill yesterday and had unprotected sex. I'm transitioning from the combination pill to the implant (Nexplanon) on May 16th. Would taking Plan B today impact my ability to get the implant inserted or the effectiveness of the implant itself?

I am 9 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing severe lumbar pain for the past month, which has worsened in the last two weeks. The pain is constant but varies in intensity, sometimes dull and sometimes sharp, and it radiates to my tailbone. I have no numbness, muscle weakness, or increased fatigue, and I am currently on a biologic medication SIMPONI. What could be causing this pain and what should I do about it?

I'm due November 8th and experiencing nausea, dizziness, lightheadedness, and a slight headache. I'm concerned about what I can take that's safe during pregnancy. I've had on and off nausea, mostly in the first trimester, and recently it's been the past few days. I take one-a-day prenatal vitamins and exercise maybe once or twice a week. My work schedule leaves me too tired for much exercise. This is my first pregnancy and it's gone well so far, but I had a dizzy spell and overheated over the weekend. I haven't had blood pressure issues during pregnancy, but it felt like my body was going numb and I was going to pass out.
