I have never taken any contraception, my last period began on 12/20, and I possibly conceived on 1/10. I started spotting early this morning around 2am. I have been on the lowest dose of tirzepatide for 4 weeks, with the last dose on 1/08. I am 32 years old. I took a pregnancy test, which was negative. What could be causing the spotting, and should I take another pregnancy test?

My 14-year-old daughter has been bleeding for almost 8 days and has a lot of clear fluid leaking from her vagina. She has had sex about two months ago and is on birth control for about a month. She has no fever, burning, or itching, but has lots of cramping, some nausea, and is very tired. What could be causing this and what should we do?

I hemorrhaged 2 weeks after giving birth to my son, who is now 9 months old. Despite medication from my doctor to induce my period, I still haven't gotten it, and an ultrasound is normal. What could be causing this?

My ex-girlfriend had her first ultrasound on December 10, 2010, which showed an 8 cm fetus. She claims her last period was on September 21. I need to know when conception was and if the ultrasound data supports her claim or if it indicates a different conception date.
