I have noticed my areola looks expanding and I am five days late for my period. I have taken a pregnancy test which came up negative, but I have been experiencing symptoms like nausea, dizziness, frequent urination, and burping. I took Plan B on December 18, which caused my period to come early on December 25. Should I be concerned, and what should I do next?

I had unprotected sexual intercourse two days ago. It was rough and fast, and I then started feeling soreness in my vagina area. This morning, I started feeling a burning sensation in my vagina. I also noticed some brownish discharge two hours ago. I'm not on birth control, but I did take Plan B yesterday. My discharge doesn't have an odor, but I feel burning in my vagina, and it's a little swollen. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to alleviate them?
