I take birth control pills and normally my period is very regular because of them. I recently started my period early and these large tan/grey tissue-like clumps are coming out with blood. I've used birth control pills for 4 years and noticed the issue about a week ago. I've been bleeding for a week now. I have been feeling like my hormones are out of balance because of mood swings. I never had a period before going on birth control. I got ultrasounds and bloodwork and they could find no cause of why I had no period and was 18. So I started the pill and my period came. Do you think I should at any point see if I can get a natural period instead of withdrawal bleeding?

I had to take Plan B on Wednesday after unprotected sex on Tuesday night. My last period began on February 15, and my period tracker said I was ovulating, but it usually predicts my period too early. Is Plan B still effective, and is there anything else I can do to be safe?
