I have PCOS and experience severe cramps not related to my period, which last about 10-20 minutes. My last period was on November 5 and comes regularly. I'm 32 years old and take ibuprofen 800mg. I had an IUD removal surgery in June of last year. The cramps started around a year ago and have worsened recently after my first sexual encounter in a year. I don't have pain or burning with urination, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, or constipation. My STD and pap smear tests were negative last week. What could be causing these cramps and how can I manage the pain?

I’m having a jelly-like and light brown discharge. When did the discharge start? Has it been constant or does it come and go? Does the discharge have a noticeable odor? How would you describe its texture? When did your last period start and end? Does it come regularly? Is there any fishy or foul odor? Do you have any recent history of irregularity in periods in the last few months? Are you taking any hormone pills? May I know your age? Do you have any itching or burning? Any pain or cramps in the lower abdomen? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I am currently taking diazepam 4mg and citalopram 40mg daily. I am in the two-week window to determine if I am pregnant. Will these medications cause implantation failure or miscarriages, and what is the risk percentage for cleft lip? My doctor advises against stopping these medications abruptly.

I have severe health anxiety and noticed tiny, hard, pea-sized lumps in the inner parts of both breasts near my ribcage. I had breast ultrasounds in February and December, and a clinical breast exam a couple of weeks ago. My doctor has mentioned glandular tissue. Are these lumps normal or concerning?

I am currently bleeding and just had my period two weeks ago. I am using contraceptives and the bleeding has been stable. I am not using any medications and I am 22 years old. Additionally, it hurts, like it burns, which is why I'm concerned. My last period began on December 22nd and ended on the 26th. My period is regular, with an average cycle of 26-28 days. I had unprotected sex from December 27th to the 29th.
