I have PCOS and have been bleeding for close to 40 days, some days light and others heavy. I've taken birth control pills for the last month to regulate my hormones. Is it possible I could be pregnant, and what are the best methods for trying to conceive given that my hormone levels appear normal and my main problem is not ovulating naturally?
