I have PCOS and have been experiencing a prolonged period since April 16, which is now ongoing until June 22nd. It's been spotting rather than a heavy flow, and I'm concerned. I'm 25 years old, not using any medications, but I am taking a supplement called Ovasitol. I had an ultrasound that showed multiple cysts on my ovaries, and I was diagnosed with PCOS. What should I do about this prolonged period?

I think I am having a miscarriage. Should I go to the ER or can I pass it at home? I’m only at 6 weeks gestation. I started bleeding yesterday morning with some light spotting the day before. I have steady red bleeding with small clots, lower back pain, and cramps. I am 34 years old, this is my second pregnancy, and my first had no complications. I have some period-like cramps and mild lower back pain but no severe or intense pain.

I have been randomly bleeding for a few minutes and a lot from my vagina. It is fresh blood and I'm 2 weeks away from my period and have been taking my pill on time. I have always had really bad periods with painful cramps and heavy flow, even on the pill. I started using contraceptives in 2014. What could be causing this bleeding?

I have been experiencing vaginal itching, burning, and clumpy white discharge for over two years, which started after treating a yeast infection and getting a copper IUD. Despite treating with antifungals, boric acid, antibiotics for BV, and probiotics, the symptoms persisted and tests for yeast, BV, trich, strep B, chlamydia, and gonorrhea have all come back negative. I recently received qPCR test results showing a medium load of lactobacillus and e. coli in my vaginal swab and urine. I have been using baking soda douches, which seem to lessen my symptoms, and I am considering a vaginal fluid transplant from my sister. What could be causing these symptoms and what treatment options do I have?

I got my IUD in April and have now started bleeding for 4 weeks, with very light pink and dark blood. I'm constantly tired, have stomach pain, and am constantly hungry. I took a pregnancy test which was negative. The pain has been stable and is achey. What could be the cause of these symptoms?

If someone were to conceive a child about a week after stopping 15mg oxycodone (taken for about 4-5 weeks due to kidney stone surgeries) and is currently taking medications for OCD/ADHD/PTSD, including Lexapro (10mg), Klonopin (1mg), Cyclobenzaprine (10mg), Vyvanse (60mg), and Adderall (20mg), would it be dangerous for the baby if they became pregnant while on these medications?
