I have pudendal neuralgia and am experiencing nonstop vaginal burning. Would a vaginal suppository with valium and bupivacaine stop my pain longer and more effectively than the standard valium and Lidocaine?

I am 4 months postpartum after an unplanned c-section and have had two periods in January and February. I have not had a period since and have taken multiple pregnancy tests, all negative. I have noticed blood clots in my urine and dark red, rust-colored discharge, but not enough to require a pad or tampon. I usually have heavy periods and am very regular. I am experiencing pregnancy symptoms and am worried about the possibility of being pregnant with twins, as there is a history of twins in my family. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests should I consider?

What is the window period for HIV detection, and can a false positive result occur even after confirmatory testing? Additionally, how quickly can HIV tests detect antibodies in the blood, and do flu-like symptoms typically appear early in the infection process?

I had a yeast infection and started taking vaginal suppositories called 'pHresh'. Since then, my discharge has changed to a white cream texture, which is different from its previous thinner consistency. The discharge has been constant since I started the suppositories. There is no noticeable odor, and my last period was regular. Should I be concerned about this change in discharge, and what should I do?

I have attached images of my urethra, marked with red arrows. Am I correct in identifying the area as my urethra, and does it look normal? Additionally, I have been experiencing urine symptoms on and off for nearly a year, including frequency, slight bladder and back pain, and discomfort in my urethra. I have had multiple tests, including urine tests, full STI tests, and a bladder scan, all of which have come back normal. What could be causing these symptoms?
