I am experiencing off-and-on headaches, nausea, fatigue, sore breasts, mood swings, and feeling sick to my stomach after eating. I have been using an IUD (Mirena) for 5 years, which was supposed to be replaced last month. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have an issue where I start to bleed every time I have sex, to the point where I need a pad and have to clean up the mattress. I have an IUD and am 35 years old. The bleeding only happens after sex, and my cycle isn't necessarily normal, sometimes lasting longer than a week. I don't have pelvic pain or take blood thinners. What can be causing this and what can I do in the meantime until my doctor's appointment?

I've been using an IUD for about 4-5 years. My period started on March 3rd, I had sex on March 13th, and my period returned on March 27th. Now I'm spotting, and I don't know why. The spotting started on Sunday, was heavier on Tuesday, but lighter today. My last period ended on March 31st. I've never spotted before, but I do have occasional dizziness due to headaches and a lot of clear vaginal discharge. I've taken two pregnancy tests, and both were negative. What could be causing the spotting, and what should I do?

Si es posible que un embarazo de 8 semanas y 4 días, detectado el 13 de septiembre, haya sido concebido a partir de una relación sexual el 14 de junio, considerando que los espermatozoides pueden vivir hasta 10 días en la vagina?

I always feel wet in the vaginal area and wear a pad, but there is no actual wetness or moisture. I am 70 years old and have been experiencing this feeling for at least 2 years. I have used dye medicine and consulted with my GP, GYN, and two bladder surgeons, but no one has identified the cause. I take several medications including Levothorxin, venlafaxin, clonzepam, pramipexole, and amitriptyline. I have also had two rectal colon prolapse surgeries, but this feeling started before those surgeries. Is this a physical issue or a 'mind' problem?
