I have small bumps on my labia minora. I am 19 years old and have had these bumps for a few days. I am on birth control and had chlamydia about a month ago, which was treated with azithromycin. I have discharge with a mild odor and had unprotected sex recently. What could these bumps be and what should I do?

I am experiencing irregular bleeding, including bleeding after sex, despite taking pregnancy tests that are negative. I have been on birth control for 8 months and have not had breakthrough bleeding before. I am concerned if this is normal and if the heavy period bleeding while on birth control is also normal.

I had a TV ultrasound-impression heterogeneous endometrium thickened at 2.1 cm with left ovarian follicle on day 21 of my cycle. The report mentions myometrium and endometrium as homogeneous but also states an impression of heterogeneity. I have regular periods with spotting, no spotting 10 days before the next period, and a negative pap test. I'm scheduled for a D&C and ablation on 12/30. What is your interpretation of the report and what might be going on?

I have occasional shooting pain on the left side of my rib cage. There seems to be a bump but no pain when I press on it. The shooting pain lasts 2 to 3 seconds and occurs more frequently in the evening than in the morning. I am 43 years old with no other symptoms. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am in a long-distance relationship and away at college. I noticed irregular colored and smelling discharge in my labia before Thanksgiving break, which was initially suspected to be BV but later confirmed negative. I was prescribed Flagyl and later experienced yeast infection symptoms. I used a prebiotic suppository and a home remedy, which led to traces of blood during menstruation. My period lasted over a week, and sexual activity with my boyfriend caused significant bleeding. My breasts were swollen and tender, possibly due to evening primrose oil. My period ended but was followed by brown discharge, then fresh blood, and a bad smell. I have used condoms on and off since June, and my last Pap test showed scant yeast. I am not on birth control, but my partner pulls out in time. What could be causing these symptoms?
