Is it safe to take probiotics while using the NuvaRing, and could an infection or pregnancy cause the NuvaRing to slip out?

I am pregnant and had an ultrasound last week measuring 0.35mm at 6 weeks, and another yesterday measuring 0.42mm at 6 weeks and 1 day. The doctor said I'm at risk of a miscarriage. What are the implications of slow growth with a heartbeat, and what should I expect if there isn't growth but still a heartbeat at the next ultrasound in a week?

I think I have Paget's disease of the nipple. My nipple has been itchy on and off, and now the skin is thick, bleeding, oozing pus, crusty, and has extended to my areola. I've been using topical anti-itch and anti-fungal medications, but they no longer help. I'm 24 years old. Are there walk-in clinics for breast exams, and what could be causing this?

I’m having a burning pain during sex, which started about a week ago and is localized in the inner part of my vagina. I’m 21 years old and currently taking Adderall XR and Blisovi. I have a regular period, my last one was on September 16, and I am on birth control. I had a painful lower stomach cramp this morning, but no vaginal discharge or odor.

I had a frozen embryo transfer. My first beta HCG on day 9 was 36, second on day 11 was 59, and third on day 13 was 109. These levels are low, and I am nervous. My doctor has scheduled an ultrasound on day 16 after the transfer. Is this too early? Should I insist on another test if they don't see a sac? I have a hypothyroid issue and am taking estrogen and progesterone. I am 37 years old, and this is my third transfer. I have no bleeding.
