I have swelling on one side of my vagina, in the labia, which has been off and on for about 2 months. It feels tender and painful, especially when I wipe after urinating. I am 50 years old, had a hysterectomy at 38, and had cervical cancer. What could be causing this swelling and what should I do about it?

I have been diagnosed with moderate blood in urine and moderate leukocytes, and I was prescribed Bactrim. I have a low-grade fever, feel malaise, and am generally tired. I suffer from health anxiety and overactive bladder. Can I still be having a UTI if the dipstick test showed moderate blood and leukocytes, but everything else was negative?
