I have taken multiple at-home pregnancy tests, blood tests, urine tests, and an ultrasound, all of which were negative. However, my belly is growing, I feel flutters, and my Fetal Doppler is reading a heart rate of 138-147, which is different from my own heart rate of 63-80. I am confused and scared about what is happening to my body. What could be causing these symptoms, and what additional tests should I consider?

I took a pregnancy test and it's positive, but my stomach is cramping so badly. Is this your first pregnancy? When was your last menstrual period? Have you had any bleeding or spotting? Are you still feeling the cramps now? Do you have any history of ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside of the uterus)?

I just started taking inaccassia birth control about a month ago and had a withdrawal bleed from the 6th-8th of May. I restarted BC on the 8th and had unprotected sex on the 11th. Can I get pregnant, should I take Plan B, or am I protected since I recently started BC again and am not sure how safe I am? I was worried because I calculated that I was ovulating, but then I had the withdrawal bleeding and read that you don't ovulate right away after withdrawal bleeding. Is that true?
