I’ve been breakthrough bleeding for almost a month now. How can I stop it?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and had slight bleeding last week at week 6, with some brown discharge and mild cramping. I had an emergency ultrasound where a hematoma was detected, but the doctor didn't mention a heartbeat. I was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage and advised to rest. Should I get it checked out again, and is it normal to have intermittent brown discharge and cramping?

I have been trying to conceive for about 8 months and have regular periods. I am on day 33 and still no period. I did a pregnancy test last week with 1 strong line and 1 faint line, could I be pregnant? I am not using contraceptives and my last period began around the 8th of April. I am due for a pap test next year and have no swelling, discoloration, or unusual smells. I am on citalopram for anxiety but it is well managed.

I've been experiencing abdominal cramps since September 2019, which worsened after unprotected intercourse with my partner. I had a pap smear in November 2019 that detected an infection, and I was treated with antibiotics and injections, but the cramps have not improved. The doctor who performed a scan found an infection in my fallopian tubes and gave me more treatment, but there's still no change. My periods are also interrupted. What can I do now?

My partner and I are both 30 years old, and he has low sperm count and low mobility. We have tried acupuncture, Clomid for 3-4 rounds, and various supplements. We are considering either IVF or IUI due to financial constraints and want to know which option is better for our situation.
