I'm pretty sure I have BV. I'm going to a gyno next week. It's embarrassing. I'll see what they can prescribe me. I haven't had a pap smear in 15 years. I can't believe I'm 'one of those women' but here I am. I have really bad smells from my private parts. The main thing is it smells either just BAD... or else like AMONIA.... it's bad either way and happens 24/7. Even after 1-2 hours after I shower I smell myself smelling bad. What could be causing this and how can it be treated?

I had a complete hysterectomy on August 3. I have had on and off spotting since around 2 weeks post-op, and today I wiped and there was more bright red blood than I’ve seen. The spotting was mostly pink. What could this be and should I be concerned?
