A small but solid mass discharged from my vagina and then dissolved in the water. What could this be?

I have spots on my vaginal area that have been present for a couple of months. They are small blemishes with no pain or itchiness, and I am not using any medications. I have an IUD and experience normal discharge and occasional cramps. I am worried about these spots and have attached images for further examination. What could these spots be, and should I be concerned?

I had a casual sexual relationship with a friend who is uncircumcised, and now I have a strong odor in my private area. I don't feel burning or itching, and there's no discharge, just the unpleasant smell. The smell was also noticeable on my friend's penis. Can this be due to bacterial or yeast colonization, and can it be transferred to me during intercourse or even by his fingers? Could I have an STD, and how can I get rid of this smell?

I have been on the NuvaRing for 1.5 years for endometriosis and am sexually active with my boyfriend. We took out the ring two weeks ago and had unprotected sex. I am now experiencing possible pregnancy symptoms and am due to take the ring out on May 5th, with my period expected on May 8th. If I am pregnant, I don't want the NuvaRing to potentially harm the baby. Should I take it out early? I took a test on May 1st, which was negative. I am experiencing nausea, headaches, acid reflux, heartburn, and hot flashes. What should I do?
