I haven’t had my period in 3 months but I can’t be pregnant. Should I be worried? I'm 15 years old, 5'7" and 200 lbs, with regular cycles usually lasting 5 days. I'm not taking any contraceptive pills and haven't taken Plan B. Sometimes when I exercise, I hear my breathing through one ear, and my ears feel weird, like there's pressure or they might be clogged. What could be causing these issues, and what should I do?

My period is a week late, and I tested last week with a faint positive pregnancy test. Today, the test is negative. I've been experiencing brown discharge since my last period, which has been about a week now. I'm not using any contraceptives, and my last pap test was last year with an unusual smell. I was given birth control at the end of that visit. I am 21 years old, have slight pain after workouts, and my last period was from April 28th to May 3rd. My last sexual experience was in March, and the condom was not used.
