I just got off my period a week ago and finished my spotting, but now I'm getting brown discharge. I am sexually active but use condoms. I took a pregnancy test which was negative. The discharge started yesterday and is quite noticeable, especially when I use the restroom. It feels like I'm in my period again but it's just brown discharge mixed with regular clear discharge. The discharge is creamy and has a normal odor. My last period started on June 29th and ended around July 4th or 5th. I have low iron and a family history of ovarian cysts and ovarian cancer. What could be causing this brown discharge?

I have symptoms of a yeast infection, including an itchy and irritated vagina, redness, and white discharge, but the over-the-counter Canesten treatment is not fully resolving the issue. Could it be bacterial vaginosis or a bladder infection, and what else can I do to alleviate these symptoms?
