I'm 11 weeks pregnant and experiencing severe chills that I can't get rid of, even with blankets and warm clothing. I have no cough or congestion, and my breathing is normal. My temperature is 99.4°F. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?

Hi, I’m a 31-year-old female and my fiancé and I have been trying to conceive. He is 31 and has been on steroids and self-prescribed testosterone replacement consistently for almost 8 years. We assumed he would need to either come off or try an hCG protocol in order to conceive. However, we recently found out we are pregnant. From what I read online, it should be almost impossible for this to happen and with how many years he’s been on, he should be infertile, correct? I wanted to see if this is possible and if there are any higher risks during pregnancy.

Hello, ever since I’ve had a new sexual partner I’ve had a very uncomfortable vaginal odor. I’ve already gone for tests for chlamydia and gonorrhoea and they’ve come back negative. I have no idea what to do I have never experienced this before. How long have you dealt with the odor? Is this issue stable or getting worse? Are you using any medications, either for the odor or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

This month's period has been unusually heavy and painful, with today passing a blood clot the size of my thumb. The pain is frequent and stabbing. I am on Prozac, 20 years old, and have anemia. I am not on birth control and sometimes have unprotected sex. What could be the cause of this and what should I do?

I want to learn more about bacterial vaginosis (BV), what it is, where it comes from, and how it can be treated and prevented. I am a 19-year-old female with an IUD and have noticed a fishy odor sometimes after intimate activities, but no other symptoms like itching, burning, redness, or discharge.

I have been taking a progestin-only pill called Sharobel for the past couple of months. Today, I switched to a combined pill, Estrallya, and experienced leg pain after taking the first pill. The pain is constant and achy, and I also have swelling in my left calf due to a poor valve in my vein. Can I switch back to Sharobel, and if so, when should I start taking it again?
