I had taken two positive pregnancy tests at 7 DPO and 8 DPO, but a negative test at 10 DPO, and my period is due tomorrow. Does this mean I'm not pregnant? Additionally, I've been feeling a strong pulse near my lower abdomen since 7 DPO. What could this mean?

Hi, again. My hysteroscopy/D&C and fibroid removal was about 12 days ago and bleeding had decreased to a rare episode of dilute blood/spotting/mucus when wiping. Last night into this morning, I had some bloating/crampiness and more red bleeding with some small clots when wiping (nothing concerning in volume though). Is this uptick normal? I spent the preceding 2 days doing yard work, and I wonder if that was too much exercise? I am also wondering if I need to continue avoiding swimming in my pool if there is any bleeding/spotting?
