I'm having severe pain in the right lower part of my abdomen. The pain is constant and started earlier today. It feels ache and crampy, and I have experienced bloating. I'm a 28-year-old female with a history of intermittent pain for three months, but it worsened today, accompanied by nausea. I've had tests and seen doctors, all of which came back negative. I'm currently taking sertraline, quetiapine, vitamin D, and Symbicort for asthma. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

I have vaginal bleeding during sex and it continues for days. The bleeding is light and I only notice it when I wipe. I am 25 years old, diagnosed with PCOS, and haven't had a period since October 2022. I recently started taking Tylenol for joint pain but no other medications. I have experienced pain after traveling with occasional nausea but no persistent lower stomach pain. I am not on birth control and have lost weight recently. My last Pap smear, STD testing, and pelvic ultrasound were in 2020 and January 2022, respectively. I have no allergies to medication.

I had unprotected sex on April 16 and took Plan B early morning on April 17. My last period was April 11-13, and I missed my periods in May and June. I took negative pregnancy tests both at home and at the doctor's. Can Plan B cause me to miss two periods? Is there a chance I'm pregnant despite the negative tests? What could be causing my missed periods, and should I get an examination?
