I have a UTI that I am on day 3 of 5 on Bactrim. I also have a little raw ulcer on my outer labia that is herpes 2. I am nauseated and have dry heaved twice. Is that normal in this situation?

I’ve had the Nexplanon implant for a couple of months with no period but then got it yesterday and it’s been pretty painful. Is that normal? And I’ve heard people say if you also take birth control pills with the implant it’ll stop the bleeding all together. I have some from when I was on the pill so is it safe to take those too?

She is not using any contraceptives or medications, is 52 years old, and has a family history of cancer. She experienced hot flashes, night sweats, and now has light, spotty periods. I was prescribed Medroxyprogesterone from Nov 6 to Nov 24, and now I'm experiencing light bleeding. What are the chances of severe bleeding recurring, and how long does the bleeding typically last after stopping the medication?
