I'm 19 years old and on the 6th day of my period, I'm passing large blood clots. I'm not using any medications and my periods have always been regular, but the cramping has been more severe this month. What could be causing this and what should I do?

She also occasionally gets stabbing pains in her ovaries, mostly when stressed.
