I have been diagnosed with trichomoniasis numerous times over the past two years and it has not gone away with treatment. I am 42 years old, take blood pressure medication (Amlodipine 10 mg daily and Bystolic 2.5 mg as needed), and vitamin D3 once a week. I have been treated with metronidazole numerous times. My husband at the time was also treated, but we are no longer married and I haven't been sexually active since. What other treatment options are available for me?

I had sex with guy A on February 13, had my period on February 15, and it lasted about 5 days. On March 11, I took a pregnancy test which was negative. On March 26, I tested positive at a clinic. On April 11, an ultrasound put me at 6 weeks and 6 days, and subsequent ultrasounds put me at 9 weeks 4 days and 13 weeks 1 day. After my period, I was only with guy B. Could I have conceived on February 13, or was it later in March?
