I have noticed some post coital bleeding recently, with some pain noted during certain positions. My pap screen returned no abnormal results, and I have had all STI screens previously completed. I am 40 and on no birth control. Is this concerning?

I tested positive for syphilis antibodies but the second test came back non-reactive. My doctor gave me a shot of penicillin. I also had a 4th generation HIV test, which came back negative. My last contact was about 3 weeks ago. Do you think I might have HIV or syphilis, and can I pass syphilis on to anyone after the penicillin?

I got a Depo-Provera shot in February and haven't had it again. Since then, I've been bleeding very irregularly, with the bleeding getting worse, including a recent 43-day period. I'm 17 years old and had the shot on February 2nd. My periods were painful and heavy before the shot but only lasted a few days. I've had unexplained chronic stomach pain for the past 2 years. What should I do next?

I took 4 at-home pregnancy tests over 2 days, all of which were positive after my missed period. Today, I started bleeding and experiencing mild cramping. I typically experience cramping a day before my period, but it's usually more severe than what I'm experiencing now. My last period was 5 days late, and I'm supposed to be on my period now. I'm not currently taking any medications, but I usually use over-the-counter pain relievers like Pamprin. I'm 23 years old and have no significant medical history. What could be causing this bleeding and mild cramping, and should I be concerned?
