I'm 26 years old and have been trying to get pregnant without success. I had Nexplanon implanted, which expired five years ago, and I never had it removed due to losing my insurance. Could this be a factor? My periods have always been irregular, and my last pelvic exam was when I got the implant, with no irregular findings.

I started my placebo pills a few days early last month to avoid having a period during vacation. It worked, but I was due for my next period 10 days ago and it hasn't come. Instead, I lightly spotted during the expected period week. I am using birth control pills, but I didn't start a new pack after the spotting. I am 10 days late for my cycle, had unprotected sexual intercourse while using the withdrawal method and birth control, did not take Plan B, and tested negative on three pregnancy tests. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a sharp splintered feeling in my clitoris. I’ve been tested for yeast, UTI, BV, Vaginosis, and STIs, all of which came back negative. I was treated with antibiotics as a preventive measure. I am experiencing discomfort, sharp and tingling sensations at the clitoris and urethra, and internal vaginal pain and irritation. I have tried various over-the-counter treatments like Monistat, RepHresh, and topical creams without relief. What could be causing this and how can I manage it?

I'm taking birth control and using the Flo app to track my period cycle. My boyfriend and I want to meet up on the 25th, but that's when my period starts. My cycle is irregular, and I experience spotting and cramps even on birth control. Could I take the placebo pills now to get my cycle immediately instead of later, or would that mess up my body?

I usually have heavy periods that come every 28 days. This month, I started a day early with very light bleeding, followed by 2 days of lighter than normal bleeding with some clots, and then it stopped, which is not normal for me. I now have sticky clear to white discharge. I have taken pregnancy tests, and they have all been negative. Is this normal?

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and think I have a UTI. Can I take Ural? I haven't had an ultrasound yet, only urine pregnancy tests. I'm currently taking Sertraline and exercise 2-5 times a week, but I haven't started taking vitamins yet. I've been prescribed folic acid and iron. I also have pain in my left back and groin area, but I'm unsure if it warrants a trip to the emergency room or if I should just rest and drink water.
