I'm 41, have been on birth control pills consistently for years without missing or being late. My periods are always very scheduled. Yesterday, I started spotting light brown blood 8 days before my next period, which has never happened before. My last period was very light and short. I have no other symptoms except for a bit of cramping that went away. What could be causing this spotting, and should I be concerned about it being implantation bleeding or something more serious?

I took a pregnancy test that initially showed two positive lines, but one line faded away. I let the test sit for 5 minutes. In June, I did not have a period, but in July, I had a period for 11 days. After my period, I had unprotected sex and started spotting. In August, my period was 18 days late, and I only bled for two days. My period usually lasts for 5 days. For the last 4 weeks, I have been eating a lot of food. Could there be something wrong with my thyroid or is it related to my irregular periods?

I recently went to the doctor for what I thought was a yeast infection, experiencing increased vaginal discharge and burning. I took Canesten (150 mg Fluconazole) and the symptoms improved, but I'm now feeling light-headed and fatigued. My lymph nodes in the groin were sore but are no longer. I'm concerned about these new symptoms and whether they are related to the yeast infection or the medication. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do next?

Every time I am sexually stimulated and reach a climax, I usually have some spot bleeding, which scares me. What is the cause? I am 50 years old and having irregular periods.

Is a period lasting five to eight days abnormal, especially if I usually have medium bleeding for three to four days followed by brown to old blood for three days? I am in my late thirties with four children and am considering going on the pill to shorten my cycle, but I am wondering if it is safe for my age.

Is it normal to have feelings that feel like a baby kicking while on the Depo shot, especially after having a 10lb 8oz baby 2 years ago?
