I'm 44 years old and have been experiencing on-and-off heavy bleeding with dime-sized clots since April. I have a history of dysplasia and have had five children, the last one in 2013. I am not on any medications except for sinus medicine and have not undergone any tests or examinations. I experience fatigue and sometimes lower abdominal pain or cramps. What could be causing this bleeding, and what should I do?

I did not get my period this month. I have never had a missed period before. I am 44 years old, 5'4", 145 lbs. Not pregnant or stressed. I had fertility testing done recently, and my FSH was 6.0, AMH 4.3. So it looks like I've got a few years before menopause. What could be going on?

I am 21 and just got my first period yesterday. Is it normal to have a light bleeding without any pain or cramps, especially since I didn't get it during puberty and neither did my sisters until they were prescribed something?

I have almost constant spotting and often bleeding after sex (but no pain). My pap smear done 3 months ago was normal. The spotting is stable in terms of how much, but seems to be more often. I'm 43 and the only medication I take is Zoloft. What could be the cause and what should I do?

I had a full abdominal hysterectomy back in 2009 and have been on Premarin since. Premarin helps with my hot flashes, but I've been crying very easily since the surgery. Is this common, and should I still get a yearly exam or pap smear? Also, what doctor should prescribe Pristiq, and is it an anti-depressant?

I am experiencing lower abdominal pain immediately following intercourse. The pain is persistent, sharp at first, and turns to a stabbing sensation when I move. I also feel nauseous and bloated. I have a history of ovarian cysts, and the pain seems worse than previous experiences. What could be causing this pain, and should I be concerned?
