I'm 57 years old and have gone through menopause since my early 30s. Recently, after being sexually inactive for 7 years, I had sex twice and experienced heavy bleeding with clots. The first time, I bled lightly for two days, which I thought was normal. However, the second time, the bleeding was severe and accompanied by clots. I'm concerned about the cause and whether this could happen every time I have sex. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I lost my virginity yesterday and it was unprotected. I immediately went to Walgreens and bought the Plan B pill. I am terrified because my parents cannot find out if I am pregnant. I took the Plan B pill yesterday. I heard Plan B does not work after ovulation, and I don’t know if I ovulated or not. When did my ovulation occur, and how long does Plan B stay in my system? Do you suggest I take a pregnancy test, even though I took Plan B? When should I be expecting my next period? If I am pregnant, what are the suggestions you can give me for getting an abortion, and where can I get those abortion pills?

What does it mean to have the fallopian tube irrigated and what is a partial Salpingectomy? I was under the impression that my left fallopian tube was fully removed due to an ectopic pregnancy nine years ago, until last month when a CT showed tubal ligation clamps. I was never discussed nor possible future fertility treatments and other information regarding the procedure with the partial Salpingectomy. I had another eptopic pregnancy December of 2016 which resulted in my right Tube being fully removed. I have my report from the 2009 procedure but I am confused about the procedure and what my options are with partial Salpingectomy and should the doctor be held accountable for me being depressed in thinking i had no Left fallopian tube at all.
