What type of birth control is least likely to affect libido?

I am having issues with my Mirena IUD. My period began two days ago on December 4th, and it is fairly heavy with a lot of clots and most recently blood that almost had an orange tint to it. My last period in early November was extremely light. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I was told yesterday that I was pregnant, very early on. I’ve been having severe cramping and the ultrasound looked about 4 weeks. I passed something today that looked like an embryo but I still test positive for pregnancy and I’m not bleeding. Is it likely that I miscarried?

Is this normal for my age and medical conditions, or should I seek further medical attention?
