The discharge has a potato-like smell and is clear, slimy, and watery. My periods are irregular, sometimes lasting for two months, stopping for a week, and then resuming. I have been experiencing intermittent pain in my left ovary, which worsens around ovulation and sometimes during my period. I also experience occasional pain during sex and lower back pain. I am 23 years old, have regular cycles, and had chlamydia in the past but was treated and tested negative twice since then. Should I be concerned about this pain, and could it be an ovarian cyst?
