I'm a 30-year-old male who recently increased physical exercise at the gym, leading to shortness of breath, a dry cough, and chest pain that worsens with deep breathing and upper body movements. I also experienced pain in my back and chest after a workout, and the symptoms are more pronounced at night. I'm not using any medications and have no significant medical history. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I took a pregnancy test and got a faint line, then took a Clearblue test which showed a positive result with a + sign. I am not using contraceptives, am on antipsychotics, and have herpes and PCOS. What should I do next to confirm the pregnancy and ensure proper care?

I had a late miscarriage (24 weeks fetus loss) on Feb 16th but I am still spotting after almost 7 weeks. Is it normal? I saw red blood in the pee today, I am 39 years old, and I hadn’t had my period yet after my delivery/miscarriage. I sometimes have a discharge of mucus mixed with pink/brown blood and back pain. I met my doctor on my 6th week but this was not a concern at that point. We didn't have an ultrasound after 6th week. It was a planned miscarriage/premature delivery due to chromosomal abnormalities found after amniocentesis, with misoprostol.

I'm having menstrual problems that I believe might be from my birth control (Nexplanon bar in my arm), but I want to be sure it's not something I should see my doctor for. My last period started on May 24th, and I have been bleeding and spotting since then. My cycles have been normal since I got the Nexplanon in December 2020, until May. I am also on spironolactone and I'm 21. What issues are you having and at what point should I be concerned if the bleeding does not stop?

I've been experiencing sudden, severe pain from ovarian cysts rupturing multiple times a month on the same side for about three months. I've had cysts for 11 years but never experienced this pain before. I'm on continuous birth control, had a 2cm cyst detected via ultrasound, and experience debilitating pain, nausea, dizziness, clamminess, weakness, light bleeding, and unusual pinkish discharge after the pain. How can this be normal cyst growth, and what should I do next?

I started spotting 8 days before my period was due, starting on June 14, and got my period today. My partner and I are trying for a baby. Is this something I should talk to my doctor about?
