I'm around 6 weeks pregnant and suddenly started bleeding bright red blood. The bleeding started about 10 minutes ago and is quite heavy, soaking through my clothes, but I have no cramps or clots. I'm not on any medications, but I did have an iron infusion 8 weeks ago due to extremely low iron levels, and I walk around 8km a day. Could this bleeding be related to the iron infusion, and what should I do?

I've been experiencing irritation in my vaginal area, mainly in the perineum, for about two weeks. The irritation varies from burning to itching, and I have regular vaginal discharge. I haven't started using any new soaps or feminine products. I feel slight bumps, possibly lesions, around my perineum and labia, but I'm not sexually active.
