I haven’t had my period in almost two months. I took a pregnancy test in December but it came up negative. I was previously on birth control pills but because I moved to a new state and didn’t have insurance, I wasn’t able to continue with the pills. August was the last month I took the birth control pills, and I had my period from September to November. December was the first month I didn’t see my period. What could be causing this and what should I do next?

I got off my period last Wednesday and noticed bleeding during self-gratification. I have an IUD (copper) and the bleeding has been stable.
